Want to know why so many companies call on us for their AAP solutions?
It is because we provide a simple and inexpensive approach to affirmative action compliance. Our AAPMaker software uses a step-by-step approach to help human resources professionals prepare an affirmative action plan (AAP) that they can present with confidence to their business leaders, and the federal government in case of a compliance review. Each step of the process is accompanied by easy to follow instructions and useful tips to help our many customers who have never developed an AAP before.

Our AAPMaker software can be used to create single or multiple AAPs. It allows your organization to centralize or decentralize its affirmative action planning. No other software has made this process so simple and effective.

AAPMaker is fully compliant with the revised 60-2 regulations. It produces all the required analyses and narratives of an affirmative action plan. Those analyses/narratives include:

  • Availability Analysis
  • Utilization Analysis
  • Job Group Analysis
  • Workforce Analysis
  • Current Goals/Targets
  • Prior Year Progress Report
  • Adverse Impact Analysis for Hiring
  • Adverse Impact Analysis for Promotion
  • Adverse impact Analysis for Termination
  • 11246 Narrative for Women and Minorities
  • Affirmative Action Program for Veterans and Disabled Individuals
  • Compensation Analysis (Bonus Report)

AAPMaker's simplicity is second to none. It features:

  • Advanced error checking, alerting you of possible errors in your dataset.
  • Help and useful tips at each step of the way.
  • Ability to import your employee data into the software.
  • Analyses that are easy to read and interpret.
  • Ability to create multiple AAPs.
  • Help with selecting the most appropriate census data for your AAP(s).
  • Password protection to protect your sensitive data.

The choice is yours. You can purchase the software and use it to develop your own affirmative action plan or let us develop the plan for you. You'll be joining a group of very satisfied customers. Call us today at (866) 433 6752. We lead the way in simplifying the affirmative action planning process.

Try it, then buy It!

You can download a free trial copy of the AAPMaker software and use it to develop your affirmative action plan (AAP). Upon download and installation of the software, a registration window will open up. Click on the “Unregister” button to bypass that window so you can begin developing an AAP. You can import/input real or fictitious data as you try out the product. Help is provided at every step of the way, just click on Help, Instructions to print a copy of the instructions for a particular step or for all twelve steps.

You can't go wrong by using real data as you test the AAPMaker because you can convert the trial copy into a registered copy by calling us at (866) 433 6752, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, EST, to purchase a user license. Without a user license, you will not be able to print the AAP analyses or access the legal narratives. The user license/registration code we will provide you converts the AAPMaker from a trial to a fully-functional copy. You will then be able to view and print all of the AAP narratives and analyses.

When you use AAPMaker for the first time, the system will prompt you to create a password. Please choose and enter a password that is easy to remember but is hard for others to guess. You will be required to enter that password every time you open AAPMaker. You may choose not to password protect your AAPMaker, but that approach is not recommended because of the confidential employee information used in developing an affirmative action plan.
