In addition to the trial software, download our demo data files and use them to test the software. Click on the link below to save (not open) the file to a folder on your computer, then unzip the file and use the seven Excel dataset to test the trial software.

AAPMaker follows a simple step-by-step process, so the Excel files have been named to indicate the step where you will import that data into the AAPMaker. For helpful steps on developing an AAP, view the Help file in the AAPMaker.

See how easy it is to import your job group table and disposition (status) reasons from an Excel spreadsheet into AppTrac.
In addition to the trial software, click on the link below to save (not open) the demo file to a folder on your computer, then unzip the file. When you open the AppTrac software and have named your first trial applicant log, click on Import on the menu bar to import the demo data (Jobs and Applicant Status List).

This saves you from having to enter one job or job group at a time for each applicant you enter in the log and allows consistency in your applicant tracking data. For further help in importing your data, review the information under “How to Import Jobs, Status and Applicant Data” in the AppTrac Help file.
